Houston's Morado is Waiting on You

“Getting respect and acceptance has never been easy for me. Being half white and half Mexican, I was never really accepted. I was always stuck in the middle when it came to the cultures. I think that’s why I gravitated to hip-hop like I did. It was like an outlet of expression for me. I was venting frustration in my life by sitting in my room with the headphones jamming 2Pac’s Me against the world. 

“I have been doing music for a while and this is the first time where I feel like it’s my time. This is my first effort and I want to make music that every Houston legend can be proud of. I really want everyone that to know that there is a new generation of music artists in Houston that is putting it down. That’s why I called the project Waiting on You.  I just feel like I had been doing my thing for a while, but being the new generation from Houston, never got the chance to really be heard until now. So I’m now just waiting on you.”

Metal Fist Steel Wheels

OZ Productions and Fort Bend Amateur Boxing are organizing an event that will bring together Rock n' Roll fans, motorcycle enthusiast and boxing lovers on July 27^th, 2013. 

"This is an event to bring together local motorcycle clubs, boxing enthusiast and military veterans and celebrate American ideals." says Rafael Ochoa, CEO for OZ Productions. "Rock music, sports and motorcycles is a great combination. What makes this better is the fact that we are raising money for our amateur boxers and veterans who have served this country."

Scheduled events include:

• Best dressed leather female competition
• Miss Metal Fist bikini contest
• Live music from area bands
• Best custom motorcycle competition
• Amateur boxing tournament

The event which will take place at the Pasadena, Texas Fairgrounds 7600 Red Bluff Rd Pasadena, Texas 77507. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Fort Bend Boxing Club and The Gathering of the Eagles.

The gathering of Eagles promotes and serves the US Armed Forces by providing mentor-ship to the younger generation of military personnel. They provide a forum for active current military and veterans of the U.S Armed Forces by hosting events with speakers who are knowledgeable and have access to timely, critical and important information. The Gathering of Eagles serves as a catalyst for necessary action to improve veteran benefits and conduct national level Symposiums that provides education to the military community.

Regis Prograis returns May 9th for a philanthropic cause!

Undefeated welterweight boxer, Regis Prograis will participate in The Real Estate Council Foundation's annual "Fight Night" charity boxing gala on May 9th, 2013. The proceeds from the event are paired with the pro bono expertise of The Real Estate Council members to impact projects impacting the foundation’s four target areas: affordable housing, education, economic development and the environment. The May event will be the Council’s 25th event and will celebrate their silver anniversary with outstanding entertainment.

Regis Prograis {pronounced Pro Gray} (4-0 4 KOs), competed in the 2011 US Olympic trials is now looking to keep his professional knockout streak going and give the fans a show to celebrate the 25th year of the gala.

Pablo Cruz Returns March 30th

Undefeated featherweight prospect Pablo Cruz is scheduled to return to the ring March 30th in Galveston Texas. Cruz(3-0,2KO's) fought and defeated Myron Hill in Febuary and looks forward to his return to the ring.

"I feel like 2013 will be a great year for me. I'm training and feel great! I am confident that who ever I fight will be in for a long night. I am nervous a little about my upcoming fight. You can't go into the ring and not be a little nervous. but I am no afraid. Houston fighters sign deal to Promote & Discover

Undefeated boxers Regis Prograis and Pablo Cruz have signed an endorsement deal with Social Media site Promote and Discover Network.
